Unique handmade pieces

Many of our pieces exist only once. Please look at every photo and ask us for more photos or a video before you buy: we are glad to send them.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for your piece until we hand it to the delivery company. Before it leaves, we send you photos and a video of the piece and of its packing on WhatsApp.

If the parcel arrives damaged

Write to us within 3 days of receiving it, with photos of the piece and of the packaging, and keep the packaging. We help you make a claim with the delivery company and stay in touch with you until it is settled.

If the piece is not as described

If you receive a different piece, or a piece that does not match its photos and description, write to us within 3 days of receiving it. We exchange it or refund its price.

If you changed your mind

Write to us within 10 days of receiving the piece. If it comes back unused, undamaged and in its packaging, we refund its price. The delivery both ways is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Money goes back the same way it was paid, within 10 working days after we receive the piece.
